"Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; do you not perceive and know it, and will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert." (Isaiah 43:19)
Brothers and sisters in the Lord who read this blog, the Lord says that He will do a new thing and that He will make a way in the wilderness and cause rivers to flow in the desert. Yet He asks "do you not perceive and know it, and will you not give heed to it?" Will we recognize what the Lord is doing and desires to do in our midst and will we give heed to what the Spirit of God is saying and move along in the flowing rivers (in the midst of the desert) that will carry us into God's end time purpose and our heavenly calling?
I believe the Lord has given me a vision and impressed upon me His desire to do a new thing in our area involving the establishment of an end time House of Prayer. Is this the time for the vision of an end time House of Prayer to come forth and be established? Signs of confirmation seem to be pointing in this direction. Many yearn for revival, but how shall it come? A great ingathering of fish (souls) is coming and the Holy Spirit is preparing the workers even now. Are we allowing Him to prepare us for our end time assignments? Are we seeking the Lord regarding His eternal purpose for us? In their end time assignments, some will be called as "Net Casters" to catch the fish and others will be called as "Fish Cleaners" and "Preparers" to prepare and enable the fish to take their places and function in their intended purpose in the Kingdom of God. (Eph. 4:11-13). But the open heaven and great ingathering can't come until a House of Prayer is established that will punch a hole into the atmosphere through continual praise, worship and prophetic intercession (Eph. 3:10, 6:12).
The Spirit of God wants to remove the wax from our ears so that we can hear His voice and hear what the Spirit is saying to us right now. Are we ready to step out of our comfortable boats and start walking by faith in the face of what appears to be humanly impossible?
The Lord desires to do a new thing in our midst and that this will require that we hear His voice in the midst of contrary winds and tossing waves. He is watching and it will require a faith response in the midst of contrary winds and storms even as Peter responded "Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water" (Matt. 14: 24-29). Are we ready to make the same bold request of the Lord? Are we able to hear the Lord say "COME" even as Peter heard the Lord speak that powerful word - - and by receiving that living word from the Lord receive the required and necessary power to step out of our safe boats and start walking on the water? Yes, the time is soon coming when we will have to fan the flames of boldness born of the Holy Spirit and ask the Lord for permission to get closer to Him and approach Him, even on the humanly impossible unstable water.
Do you feel the call of the Spirit of God crying out within you "Lord, establish Your House of Prayer in our area, so that praise, worship and prophetic intercession can rise up to Your throne as incense so that Your purpose can come forth in our midst in these end times" Rev. 5:8
If so, it is now time to seek the Lord and pray for the release of this vision and to find out how He wants you to participate in the fulfillment of this vision in our midst. Cooperate with the Holy Spirit and allow Him to prepare you now for what is soon to come.
Behold, I will send my messenger (forerunner) to prepare the way before me. And the Lord, whom you seek, will suddenly come to His temple (house). Malachi 3:1
All these I will bring to My holy mountain, and make them joyful in My House of Prayer .... for My House shall be called a House of Prayer for all people. Isaiah 56:7
After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacles of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up: That the residue of men might seek after the Lord.. Acts 15:16-17a
